Mark Rees hosts events and talks throughout the UK – and is happy to travel further afield if and when the opportunities arise!

His most popular talks are based on his research into the “Ghosts of Wales.” These range from obscure long-lost tales from the Victorian and Edwardian eras, to more general “most haunted” talks.

Rescheduled dates for events

We live in uncertain times which, sadly, means all public events and appearances are currently on hold.

As soon as it’s safe to do so, new and rescheduled dates will be added to this page.

Back in March, the Paranormal Wales book launch was postponed until Halloween.

Unfortunately, with Halloween looming it still isn’t safe to hold a public gathering, which means we’ve had to accept defeat and cancel the book launch.

The good news, however, is that we’ve decided to host an online book launch instead. Yes, an online book launch – complete with special guests and spooky surprises!

You can read all about the Paranormal Wales Halloween podcast book launch here.

For those hoping to pick up signed copies of the book at the “real” event, signed copies will be available to pick up and order from the Comix Shoppe, Swansea, from October 2020.

Ghosts of Wales – Live! events

In 2017, Mark launched the now-annual paranormal party Ghosts of Wales – Live! event.

An evening of eerie entertainments, each event includes a rotating line-up of spooky enthusiasts who share their experiences, stories, songs and even dance in a way which is inspired by the more Gothic things in life.

Sadly, there will be no Ghosts of Wales – Live! event in 2020, but keep an eye on the news section for any updates as they become available.

Assuming it’s safe to do so, we’ll make up for lost time with an even bigger and better get-together in 2021.  Who knows – maybe we can have two of them!
