GHOSTS AND FOLKLORE OF WALES with Mark Rees

Mark Rees: Ghosts and Folklore of Wales is now on YouTube

I’ve got a new YouTube channel!

Yes, after finally launching my spooky new podcast, I’ve also got a spooky new YouTube channel to go with it.

Which means that if you’d rather listen to my spine-chilling ghost tales and fantastical folk stories in video form, it’s as easy as clicking on this link.

As well as uploading all of the GHOSTS AND FOLKLORE OF WALES podcasts to it – which are a bit like a Welsh X-Files in podcast form – I also plan on expanding its scope with some original video content very soon.

A live Halloween ghost hunt and launch party, maybe? Watch this space!

You can visit the GHOSTS AND FOLKLORE OF WALES YouTube Page by clicking on this link, and be sure to press the subscribe button so that you never miss an episode or update.

Join author Mark Rees (Ghosts of Wales/ Curious Wales) for a journey through the weird and wonderful history of Wales and the world.

Each episode of GHOSTS AND FOLKLORE OF WALES offers Mark’s unique insight and research into a different curious subject, from long-lost real-life ghost stories to the myths and legends of the Mabinogion.

Upcoming topics include: seasonal traditions like the festive Mari Lwyd and the Welsh Halloween, Nos Calan Gaeaf; unusual funeral and wedding customs, such as the macabre Sin Eater and eerie corpse candles; and how the magic of witches, wizards and the ancient Druids continue to cast a spell over the land today.
